A Software Support Agreement is highly recommended for all products. Customers with the
current support contract are entitled to free software upgrades, as well as
email, phone, and Web-based support when you need help with the system.
Upgrades are defined as changes to the major or minor version number and are enhancements
to the software (i.e. switching from version 2.1 to 2.2 or from 2.0 to 3.0). Updates are
defined as changes to the revision number and generally include small enhancements and bug
fixes (i.e. switching from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2). Updates are always free regardless of whether
or not you have a software support plan.
